The "Current Report" is displayed on the left panel.
NEW — While your cursor is over the report editor (including its header), a visible border appears around the whole component. This shows the editor is actively capturing keyboard input, which is why global/Vision hotkeys (like backspace-driven exam navigation) won't respond while you're over it. Moving the cursor away removes the border and re-enables those shortcuts.

Documents and forms can also be displayed on the left panel.
UPDATED — The Current Forms tab now displays the list of forms in two columns. A scroll bar appears once there are more than five rows. There are no functionality changes.

Click the "+" icon next to Templates in the sidebar to create a custom template.
UPDATED — Templates and Macros have moved from the bottom toolbar into a sidebar next to the report editor. This action previously used a "New Template" button. The sidebar is only shown to users with permission to view templates and macros, and is hidden if the Current Report tab is hidden for you.

Click on any existing template in the sidebar to apply it to the report.
Click the "+" icon next to Macros in the sidebar to create a new custom macro.
UPDATED — This action previously used a "New Macro" button in the bottom toolbar.

Click on an existing macro in the sidebar to add it to the report.
Click the gear icon in the sidebar to configure templates and macros.
UPDATED — This was previously a "Manage" button in the bottom toolbar.

The "Vocabulary Editor" icon opens a window to let you teach the system how to recognize and format medical terms and phrases accurately, ensuring consistent outputs like "5.6 cm" instead of "five point six centimeters." By adding custom terms and pronunciations, the speech-to-text engine learns your specific vocabulary, improving accuracy over time.
UPDATED — The Vocabulary Editor is now an icon located to the left of the AI button in the editor toolbar (previously a labeled button). Hover over the icon to see the tooltip "Vocabulary Editor". Functionality is unchanged.
