User Impact

Saved presets in the Tasks tab appear disabled and cannot be selected.

Users must reapply task filters manually each time.

Users must reapply task filters manually each time they access the Tasks tab. Once filters are applied, users can continue working as normal. This does not affect the underlying task data or functionality.

Error message appears when deleting the only image in an exam.

Image deletes successfully, but an error message is incorrectly displayed in the workflow and reporting application.

The error message can be safely dismissed - the image deletion completes successfully despite the message being displayed. Users can confirm that the image has been removed by refreshing the exam.

Uploading a prior report to an existing exam creates a duplicate prior card in the comparison exam list.

This results in the same exam appearing across multiple prior cards with report data split between them.

Exam data may appear split across cards – i.e. one card for images and one for the report. There is no workaround available at this time. This issue does not affect image integrity or patient safety, but it may cause some disruption during report review workflows and prior exam navigation.
