Version 2.12.3 solves a longstanding caching issue and multiple defects to improve product stability and function.

Exams should appear faster, should cache faster, and users should no longer need to clear the cache except for rare problems. The reset cache dropdown selection is now more effective when needed. We will also be releasing a Chrome extension in September to more extensively clear the cache when directed by our service department. |

Fix localizer line scroll direction |

This release corrects a defect that caused localizer lines to briefly move in the wrong direction when the scrolling direction changes. |
Resolved issues with ROIs at higher zoom |

This release corrects two issues when drawing ROIs at higher zoom levels. The first concerned a smaller ROI snapping to a new location after releasing the mouse. The second caused the focus of the mouse to be in a different location after releasing the mouse when drawing a ROI. |
Resolved issue of compressed images being unlabeled |

This release corrects a defect that caused some lossy compressed images to be incorrectly labelled as lossless. |
Fix for black viewports with Window Level NaN |
