Assign Multiple Exams at Once Across Different Facilities 

What’s New:

You can now select and assign multiple exams simultaneously—up to 50 exams in one action.

User Impact: 

  • Users can quickly assign multiple exams, even if the exams come from different facilities within the same facility group. 

  • Any user can reassign or unassign exams in bulk, provided they belong to the same facility group. 

  • The system will display clear messages if an action cannot be completed (e.g., exams from different facility groups). 

  • If any selected exams have unsigned reports, you’ll be prompted to confirm before proceeding. 

Additional Feature for Reading Physicians:

Reading physicians can select multiple exams —even if they are from different facility groups—and click “Read Now.” This will:

  • Automatically assign any unassigned cases. 

  • Start precaching for faster loading. 

  • Open the first logical case for immediate reading. 

Key Benefit: This enhancement streamlines exam management and reduces time spent on repetitive tasks, improving efficiency across multi-facility workflows. 


Remove Unwanted Images from an Exam 

What’s New:

Authorized users can now delete specific images or entire image series from an exam.

User Impact: 

  • Technologists can clean up exams by removing incorrect or unnecessary images. 

  • Only users with the appropriate permissions can perform deletions. 

  • Exams marked as “Completed” cannot be modified. 

  • Every deletion is tracked, including who made the change and when. 

Key Benefit: This feature ensures that only accurate and relevant data remains in each exam, improving study quality and reducing confusion. 


New Searchable Help Center with Chatbot 

What’s New:

All new, fully searchable Help Center, featuring an integrated chatbot for quick answers and guidance will be available with this release. Users can also view the current release version of the platform directly within the interface. 

User Impact: 

  • Faster support: Search for articles or ask the chatbot for instant help. 

  • Contextual assistance: Get answers without leaving your workflow. 

  • Always up-to-date: Content is maintained and improved regularly.
