Workflow and reporting: Version 8.0.3

This release delivers immediate improvements to exam caching reliability along with small but meaningful UI enhancements designed to support efficient reading workflows.

Major Improvements to Exam Caching

One - click cache request (Reading Physician Users Only):

  • The download arrow icon on column 2 of the exam worklist – inflight tab, is a new, clear way to request caching.

  • Single click immediately assigns the exam to and queues it for caching.

  • Visual feedback is instant, so you know your request was registered.

  • The system automatically manages cache space in the background.

Fast multi-exam caching:

  • Click, hold, and drag down the cache icon to request caching for multiple exams at once.

  • All eligible exams in the range are assigned to you and queued for caching.

  • Ineligible exams are skipped automatically.

Clearer, simpler caching indicators:

  • Updated icons make it easy to see what's ready:

    • CU = current exam cached.

    • ALL = current + priors cached.

  • Status updates (queued → in progress → complete) now refresh more quickly and reliably.

 UI Changes That Reduce Confusion

  • The background cache status indicator on the lower rights for reading physicians has been removed to reduce distraction.

  • "Add to Conclusion" buttons removed from exam Forms fro all users to avoid concussion and workflow errors.

Faster Worklist Selection

  • Quickly select a continuous range of exams using standard keyboard behaviour - Shift + Click multi - select.

  • Works alongside existing checkbox selection.

  • Available across all exam list tabs where multi - select is supported.

Improved Exam Searches by Patient Name on Exams List

  • Searching on the exam list by Patient Name has been improved to provide more reliable results.

  • Searching using the following name formats will now return predictable results:

    • “Last First”

    • “Last, First”

    • “Last Suffix, First”

    • Partial prefixes

    • Multi‑word inputs
